Many of you have already used the system to enter scores, provide a game report, a referee evaluation, look up other coaches, etc. But for those of you who are new to coaching in ECYSA or just need a quick system refresher (https://www.ecysa.org/ECYSA/technology-tips-for-coaches). As we start the new season, please make sure you profile is up to date and the information is correct as that will dynamically update the coach list for other coaches to contact you. If you remember your user name/password from previous seasons, it hasn't changed and you can login (upper right side) on www.ecysa.org
If you forgot your user name/password or are new to the system, you can click here to login --> Click here login
Once you are logged in, you should see the word "Profile" in your menu bar. Mouse over the the menu and it will show your name and a submenu containing profile information. You can update/add your contact info and change your password so the next time you login you can just go to www.ecysa.org. Please make sure to save any updates at the bottom of the profile.
Your ECYSA Coach Card can be printed from here but this is also where you will enter Game and Referee reports. Please try to always enter a game report/scores for your game (regardless or being home or away team, head coach or assistant) but especially in the case that you don't have a referee whereby the coach score entries will update the standings (assuming the coach scores match - if not, ECYSA will investigate).
The Fall 2023 schedule is now available on the website. Please note that the "online schedule" can be dynamic (especially prior to the season starting) but you should be email notified of any game changes, etc. Nonetheless, please, please, please always check the online schedule for game times/locations - https://www.ecysa.org/ECYSA/full-schedule
The coach contact information is for you to reach out to the opposing coach as a pre-game courtesy or to work through any game changes for approved reschedules.
If you have a game scheduled on a weekday (example; Wednesday), it is due to an odd number of teams in a group or a special circumstance due to available field times - ECYSA will allow those to be rescheduled - please contact your TD to start the process.
As a reminder, your first point of contact should always be to your town organization TD for any league related items - the TDs will communicate with ECYSA.
